Filmed in a London, UK theatre, this song conveyed a message to young people, a tribute to the seriousness of the AIDS epidemic.  Utilizing rain, moody lighting and a lonely theatre seemed the most conventional way to communicate this solemn message while still portraying the artists in their best light.  Choreographed moves and lighting add to the overall effect of this clip.
