At this time, MVCI offers only
one course of study, appropriately titled- "Directing for Music
Videos and Commercials”. This is a six month program with
class sessions conducted in three consecutive segments in the respective
order – “Introductory”,
“Hands-On” and
“Workshop”.
A total of 144 clock hours are required to complete the course.
Sessions are held two nights
a week from 7:00PM to 10:00 PM. Field Trips and outside classroom
sessions are also held during these hours. Lab hours, homework assignments,
classroom production projects, student production projects and extracurricular
productions are scheduled outside of these regular hours on student’s
personal time or on an “as scheduled” basis. In addition
to regular classroom sessions, students will be invited to participate
in actual productions of music videos and commercials when those
opportunities become available. |
